How the Reservation Works

1. Select the number of throws you wish to reserve.

2. Pay $20 for each selected throw at WooCommerce checkout.

3. We credit every reservation payment toward your final balance.

4. We contact you when the production goal is reached and the remaining balance is ready.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

A $20 reservation payment is required for every commemorative throw selected.
Each $20 reservation payment will be applied to and deducted from the final purchase balance for its corresponding throw. It is not an additional charge above the final purchase price.
Payment of the reservation amount records the selected design and quantity, subject to the campaign minimum, product availability, and final production confirmation.
The current production goal is a combined minimum of 40 reserved throws across the COIAF and Lodge 2738 designs.
The $20 reservation payment is not the full purchase price. The remaining balance will be confirmed and invoiced separately before the production order is finalized and before shipment or delivery.
Production timing, pickup options, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping charges will be communicated after the campaign minimum is reached and the manufacturer confirms the production schedule.
All reservations remain subject to the published COIAF Marketplace Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.
